Most likely, not ...: By what you described, these 2 tiny bruises is superficial; at most, such suggests possible presence of bleeding tendency, which is hard to deduce or confirm by what you reported. If your are aged, on blood thinner, or no known underlying reasons, seek evaluation and counseling. But, I would say that death is far from you. Nonetheless, confirm what could be underlying cause first.
