A member asked:

I have a small internal bleeding injury in my hand. some people say this could cause severe consequences, is this true? location:between the finger next to the thumb on my right hand.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If : If you merely bruised your hand, typically the body will "resorb" or take back the blood and there will be no long term consequences. If there were other issues like increased pressure from bleeding or infection related to the bleeding or if there were associated injuries etc.. That would have to be dealt with. But as you describe it "small" bleeding would not typically be a problem. If you have any unexpected symptoms see your doctor.
