A member asked:

I have a blood clot on retina, help please!?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Time and treatment: If you know you have a clot in your retina, it is likely you were told that after and eye exam. The most common diagnoses are central and branch retinal vein occlusion. The both affect the vessels that carry blood out of the back of the eye. These can be minor and left limited, or severe and very problematic. Follow up with an eyemd is impt. Medical issues like high BP need to be ruled out.
