Celexa (citalopram): Theoretically yes, but please discuss with your prescribing doctor first.

Follow: Generally that is ok but follow the direction of your doctor and you should consult your physician for any medication changes. Dont make medication changes on your own without consulting your physician. Discuss risks, benefits, and side effects with your physician as well.
