Depression: Good question and good for you. People respond idiosyncratically to meds for anx/dep. so there are still a lot of options open and I see this time and time that if you can be patient and work with a psych prescriber slowly and methodically typically you find something that works. Also transcranial stimulation may be something to consider though very new. Keep on trying. I know it is hard.

MEDICATION: Best to discuss medication with your Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions. Fears and anxiety could be heightened due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe & hopeful to elevate your immune system.
