NO: With out treatment will not go down , must be treated , to follow the oncologist advise.

Yes,sometimes: Most times the cancers grow but sometimes they can be stable for extended periods of time and on rare occasions they can regress spontaneously. This happens with some lymphomas and melanoma. But a biopsy is the best way to know if the nodes are indeed cancerous.
