A member asked:

Small , rubbery , not movable swollen lymph node on the right side of the back of my neck , sometimes it gives my neck some pains , is it cancerous?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Have them checked: Small neck lymph nodes of the type you describe are not uncommon. A physician should be able to determine whether they are within the "normal range" or not. Not all abnormally enlarged lns are due to cancer. There are a normal of bening conditions that do this too (viruses do it commonly, tattoos, autoimmune diseases).
