A supraclavicular right lymph node that swells and then goes back to normal size in a few hours, along with burning stomach (since months), cancer?

Unlikely if it is: going down in size. Not sure what could do that. The overall size, consistency are other features that can be evaluated on an exam. Single, uner 2 cm, hard but very discreet without attaching to surrounding structures would be signs of not cancer.
