Im having way more svt 'attacks'bout 8 a day and one or two at night. with sometimes a pain in my right arms ballistic vein just below elbow.

Question?: Not sure what you are asking. With such frequent symptoms, you should probably consider an ep study where they could attempt to ablate the accessory pathway and cure the problem. Otherwise, more aggressive medical therapy could probably get better control.
