Arm veins.: There could be many reasons for arm veins to swell. Most often swollen arm veins are usually due to increased hydration or exertion but this will occur bilaterally. Unilateral arm vein swelling may be normal but could also be a result of an abnormality. The venous ultrasound of the arm veins will determine if there is a problem. See a vein specialist for a full evaluation.
