TMJ??: Can you open your mouth all the way properly? Does it open straight and not track sideways ? Does it hurt to chew meat or hard things or bite apples? I'm just guessing for you other ideas

Hard nickel sized lump under left ear. 2 months. Getting harder and harder. ENT got CT scan done. Said no abnormalities/no swollen lymph nodes. If I lift my head or open jaw wide it sometimes get "stuck" and squishes out from under jaw. Scary.

Ct & mri shows 11mm Rght sphenoid sinus cyst. Extreme right sided facial, head and neck pain, pain behind right eye, host of other symptoms. Ent says cyst isnt my problem. Gave me septoplasty, bone spur removal, turbinate reduction. Symptms remained?
