?? Get a scan: Lots of possibilities. Lymph node, parotid salivary gland enlargement, benign lump like lipoma, remnant of tissues from embryologic development, etc. If you got a clear checkup by primary and ENT physicians, not likely anything to worry about, but a ct scan of the neck with contrast would essentially rule out anything bad. Otherwise, observation alone would be reasonable (recheck in a few weeks).

Second opinion: You have been seen and examined by a presumably competent and well-trained ENT specialist, and do not agree with their assessment or are dissatisfied with their findings. The thing to do is to get a second opinion.
