Hard nickel sized lump under left ear. 2 months. getting harder and harder. ent got ct scan done. said no abnormalities/no swollen lymph nodes. if i lift my head or open jaw wide it sometimes get "stuck" and squishes out from under jaw. scary.

Sounds like: I think you have blocked Parotid duct sucking on sour candy or lemon would stimulate it stay connected for ENT ,s advice ,Parrotid gland in front of ear has a duct opens inside of cheeck did you have MUMPS ?
