See a podiatrist: A podiatrist can help you with this problem. Are these sandals flip flops or slip on type? Either can definitely create or increase foot & heel pain. Do you also walk barefoot? Wear other shoes or sandals? Sometimes specific shoes are not right for your foot type. Find a nearby podiatrist @ the american podiatric medical association website locator, and take all your shoes w/you for your app't.
