I have a injured foot chasing my dog, i was wearing shoes and i ended up slicing the bottom of my heel open and it had been bleeding for 3 days?

Heel laceration: The real issue is how deep is the cut. If its very deep then it needs to be cleaned out and stitched. I would suggest that you show your doctor the site. Also bleeding should have stopped - the fact that it is still bleeding means its a deep cut and this should be checked.
