Cannot say: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health,BUT sharp, going to back, negative tests all go against heart. Like any pain, looking at what triggers it, pretty much says what it is. Deep breaths--respiratory system including lungs/lining of lungs and diaphram. touching/moving--> muscles

Possibly...: More tests may be indicated. If you still have symptoms (for which you had all these tests), ask your doctor to send you to a cardiologist who will take your H&P and possibly order other tests, such as Holter monitoring, electrophysiology studies, echocardiogram, and others as clinically indicated by careful cardiological examination.
