I had chest pains radiating to my neck and sharp pain in my back. i had an ecg and stress test 2d echo one and all were normal. my troponin level was 413 pg/ml. the dr here told me it was severe heartburn. does this sound likely?

Chest pains: The work up sounds reasonable and good. Glad it is all negative! Do you have any symptoms of heartburn or pain in the upper right side of abdomen after eating? I would say heartburn is definitely a reasonable differential diagnosis based on the information you provided.
