No. : Nosebleeds are most associated with nasal dryness, nasal trauma including picking, nasal deformity including septal deviation, and having thin blood from blood thinners or other medical conditions. Silver nitrate can seal prominent blood vessels on the septum but if none of the above factors change, the bleeding can recur after weeks, months, or years.
