Hello, there are many reasons for nose bleeds. The first things we recommend is moisture. Saline nasal mist, AYR gel can be applied inside your nose as well. Afrin nasal spray can be used if your nose is bleeding. Remember to not use afrin past 3 days continuously. Finally, see your ENT specialist for more in depth evaluation and treatment.
