Several things: One make sure you are keeping your nasal mucous membranes moist. This means considering using a humidifier in your home. Also consider nasal saline spray. But there could be something else going on with your nose and you, first, would need to have a doctor take a look in your nose to rule out more concerning problems. Best of luck.
