I am bleeding 2 yrs post total hyster. did have silver nitrate several times after surgery due to granulation. what could be the cause/reason to bleed?

Two main causes: The first is the granulation tissue that has been previously treated. The second is residual cervical or uterine tissue post surgery. A minor cause would be a vaginal growth or tear. Have your GYN MD assess all of these factors by examination.
