Blood borne: Hiv is transmitted via blood and this is a possible route.

Possibly: Get your teeth cleaned and learn how to brush and floss so that your gums don't bleed and get ahead of the situation.

Unlikely: Unless the person you are kissing is the one bleeding and you have open lesions this is very unlikely. And am also assuming the kissing is oral and not genital. Hiv is gotten by transfer of blood or tissue or intimate sexual contact. It is not easy to get. If you think you may have been exposed go and get tested. Always best to know early and start treatment. Best wishes.
