Can hiv be transmitted through kissing with bleeding or chapped lips?

HIGHLY unlikely.: U.S. Cdc says that HIV is not spread by social kissing (closed mouth). Having chapped lips would make minimal difference unless the other person (who might have hiv) bleeds directly into a crack in the chapped lips.
