Body fluids: Well my friend this would be type of situation that would put you at risk of acquisition. The fortunate thing is that oral transmission by kissing is the lowest risk...assuming she didn't have bleeding gums or ulcer in her mouth. You will need to be tested and followed. Oral ulcers are in general viral infections as well..so your putting others at risk of unpleasant infections.
