Highly unlikely ....: but probably very remotely possible. The viral content of this amount of blood in the mouth would be expected to be very low if even measureable. Hard to understand why someone would decide to kiss someone with known HIV who had a bleeding lip; perhaps the HIV status wasn't known at the time. Stay well:)
