I got a random mole on my pinky finger.. just king of appeared out of no where.. about a millimeter in diameter could it be bad?

Keep any eye on it: Any changing mole requires attention. But the size does matter in order to get suspicious about a mole changing into a melanoma(cancer of the skin). If your mole increases in size up to 4-5 millimeters, then i would suggest that you consult a doctor or go see a skin specialist(dermatologist) for his/her opinion.

24 hours ago I notice my ring finger had darker brown discoloration. It runs from knuckle to knuckle and irregular in the sides. It is only on the top of my hand and does not wrap around to my palm. I have no moles in that area, no pain, no swelling.
When I lay on stomach with arm straight up above head for couple minutes neck hurts& fingers start tingling & go completely numb &pain in neck gets worse. Could that mean a trapped nerve in neck? Same issues in hand randomly but nerve tests normal?
Pain in neck & shoulder blade, numbness, tingling & pain in hand. Fingers go numb & neck hurts bad when on stomach with arm straight above head. Every test for nerve entrapment in wrist & elbow normal. Could trapped nerve in neck be causing this?
