Thought I had a small mole on my hand but not sure noticed a decent sized scab in that area the other day i lightly scraped the scab off with finger no mole under it worried that I might have scraped mole off would a mole easily just scrape off ?

24 hours ago I notice my ring finger had darker brown discoloration. It runs from knuckle to knuckle and irregular in the sides. It is only on the top of my hand and does not wrap around to my palm. I have no moles in that area, no pain, no swelling.
When I lay on stomach with arm straight up above head for couple minutes neck hurts& fingers start tingling & go completely numb &pain in neck gets worse. Could that mean a trapped nerve in neck? Same issues in hand randomly but nerve tests normal?
Pain in neck & shoulder blade, numbness, tingling & pain in hand. Fingers go numb & neck hurts bad when on stomach with arm straight above head. Every test for nerve entrapment in wrist & elbow normal. Could trapped nerve in neck be causing this?
