Thought i had a small mole on my hand but not sure noticed a decent sized scab in that area the other day i lightly scraped the scab off with finger no mole under it worried that i might have scraped mole off would a mole easily just scrape off ?

I don't think a small mole could be easily scraped off. After all the scabbing and irritation have cleared I predict that area of skin will be normal.
