When i lay on stomach with arm straight up above head for couple minutes neck hurts& fingers start tingling & go completely numb &pain in neck gets worse. could that mean a trapped nerve in neck? same issues in hand randomly but nerve tests normal?

NOT In the NECK. You most likely have a problem in the shoulder involving the brachial plexus and may indeed have thoracic outlet syndrome. See a vascular or thoracic surgeon, and get this further evaluated.
