Don't think these: two issues are related. The "red moles" are likely vessels called angiomas but without seeing them, I don't know for sure. Make appointment to see doctor

24 hours ago I notice my ring finger had darker brown discoloration. It runs from knuckle to knuckle and irregular in the sides. It is only on the top of my hand and does not wrap around to my palm. I have no moles in that area, no pain, no swelling.
