Yes: About 50% of adhd cases are comorbid with other disorders. So it is possible to have multiple diagnoses and receive treatment for all of them.

YES: If one is biploar it's best to have that stable and under control before starting treatment for adhd. Also sometimes people with a bipolar disorder mayget tipped into a manic state by antidepressants. However, many times they don't. Antidepressants generally reduce anxiety, and there are other meds that do also. You want to be stable and maintain that.
