As few as possible : So add, bipolar and anxiety are diseases that travel together. Unfortunately, some add meds can make you anxious and a bit manic. Some anxiety medications can make you have difficulty focusing. However wellbutrin (bupropion) has been used for add and depression and it may help you to ask your pcp about it.

Many options: The goal is to treat all these conditions to get the pateint better overall. That's a juggling act! but it must be done to help the patient. This is quite complex and treatment is usually left to someone with experience dealing with multiple comorbidities. Don't lose hope, this is rather common.

Hodgepodge!: Mental, behavioral health conditions tend to co-exist, but sometimes it is just one primary diagnostic that is responsibler for all the symptoms.Rather that thinking medication first let your doctor conduct a thorough history and exam, and based on his findings and expericience recommend a treatment plan.Behavioral intervention, exercise, diet, sleep and of course medications could help.
