Psych Evaluation: First make an appointment with your regular doctor to rule out any underlying medical condition that could produce the symptoms your are suffering from. Once medically clear, your depression, anxiety, possible bipolar & adhd symptoms could then be evaluated and treated by a psychiatrist. Please refrain to diagnose yourself, it can only bring you more anxiety than any relief.
