It depends: Best is to seek longer term help for the urges that make you binge. It is a complex issue, both emotionally and physically. Find a counsellor, join a support group - in person or online. Find a functional medicine nutritionist or physician to help you with the biochemistry or nutritional deficiencies. Eat your veggies, take a good probiotic to help w/ absorption of nutrients. Trust yourself.
