Eating regularly: If you do not skip meals, and eat healthy meals and snacks every 2-4 hours, you can avoid severe hunger pangs. Also avoid refined sugars and large amounts of "starches" like breads and potatoes to prevent swings in blood sugar, which can cause binges. You might also want to speak to a counselor or therapist, because binging can be a sign of emotional distress, depression or an eating disorder.
