Lifestyle change: The best and most radical would be to adopt a fitness-focused lifestyle in which your life centers around aerobic exercise and the people who excel at it. It will involve new friends, new ways of spending your time, and a restructuring of self-concept and relationships. They won't offer you lousy food. But the alternative -- continuing to binge -- puts your life in danger.
