Good nutrition: To keep yourself from bingeing make sure that you give your body good nutrition all the time. It is important to have a balance of fats/proteins/limited carbs/vitamins/minerals for every meal. What that looks like is eating real, natural foods. Stay away from processed and fast foods. One of the more important things to do is to not drink sodas or sugared drinks (to include fruit juices).

They think about food all the time and feel guilty, ashamed, or depressed after eating. http://www.webmd.com/mental-health/eating-disorders/binge-eating-disorder/features/compulsive-overeating-and-how-to-stop-it
