Protein,H20 &grazing: We crave sugar, salt and fat when we go too long without eating, are addicted to junk food, have low energy, or get dehydrated. Protein meals stay with us longer;water fills us up and helps our digestion operate efficiently; and eating small snacks high in protein between meals(i.e. 10 almonds at 2pm) keeps us from feeling like we are "starving". Eat well frequently!
