A member asked:

How do i stop craving junk food, i can't seem to stop i'm not over weight, just want to be healthier, or is there anything i can take to help?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Behavioral change: Your craving for junk food is a habit that you developed after years of repetitive behavior. Every habit has a trigger, action and reward. There are usually a chain of behaviors that lead up to the urge or craving to eat junk foods. You can break the chain at any link and when you do you can change the outcome. Being mindful of your desire to be healthy will allow you to make better decisions.
