Depends: I will say it depends on the diet and add that for the most part, diets are ineffective long-term. Life style changes are what are important. If you are having food cravings, it is likely those are the foods you will eat once you stop the diet. Wouldn't it be better to find a lifestyle in which you can just stick with, for life?
