Yes, but . . .: This would be a "hard fast". Yes you will lose weight but not permanently. You will also likely lose muscle and may not feel too well. As a holistic provider, I do not recommend hard fasts like this. Proper nutrition over the long term is the best way to healthy weight/fat loss.
