Slightly low platlet: Normal platlet count is 150000to450000.Your is little low and needs to be followed.What are the other counts like wbcs, rbcs, differentials count and morphology.If you are worried consult a hematologist and find the cause, it can be due to auto immune condtion called idiopathic thrombocytenic purpura , .Low platlets can be due to viral infection, certain drugs and acute illness and leukemia.
