No: Based on laboratory results alone, i would not be concerned. If you have other reasons for concern, such as unexplained weight loss, fever, night sweats, lymph nodes swelling, strong family history of leukemia or lymphoma, etc., please see your doctor about your concerns.

Both in: Normal range, or slightly increased. Leukemia can have a very low or very high count, but it's the differential appearance not the counts that point to doing a bone marrow. Lymphoma usually starts in lymph nodes, not blood or marrow.
