39yrs old ive had neutropenia since birth. went to the emergency room saturday for extreme anemia hgb 7.8 & platelets was low 116k/ul had a cbc done yesterday my platelets dropped to 100k/ul hgb is the same. could my levels be a sign for leukemia?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the information you provided can neither diagnose nor rule out leukemia. Appropriate starting test would be WBC count. Wish you good health!
