The best diagnosis: Comes from meeting with a physician. A physician needs to both take a thorough history from you and examine you to get the right diagnosis. Also your doctor will discuss with you if any labwork or other tests will need to be done.

Need physical: I doubt that even with today's technology, any doctor can do a complete physical exam, which is an essential part of making an accurate diagnosis. Even in psychiatry, physical findings (or lack of findings) are important in ruling in or out other causes of psychological symptoms. Also, free interchange of history information is needed with a new patient, difficult at best on line. See a doctor!
