Cognitive behavioral: cognitive behavioral therapy training by a clinical psychologist, may help reduce the tics. Some herbal preparations that reduce anxiety can help. If these do not help, consult your doctor. there are several alternatives which are not habit forming and have been shown to be helpful in reducing the occurrence of tics.
