Get 2nd opinion: I do not ordinarily express lack of confidence in colleagues, but your story is disturbing enough for me to urge a serious consult. There may be a misunderstanding ("reaction" implies not cancer and a "partial mastectomy" does not sound appropriate.) but it's clear your concerns are very real. Do not sign any consent until it's clear to you what's going on. Autonomy rules. Best wishes.

Story provided: Is confusing. Please get all of your records together and get a second opinion, preferably at a multidisciplinary breast clinic.
