Was at er doctor put a wick in my ear my ear is still hurting and i don't think the drops are going down my ear my outer ear hurts?

Takes time: I assume you have an external canal ear infection. Hopefully you were given drops to be continuing after you left the doctor. However, it takes time, usually several days, for the swelling and inflammation to go down and relief of symptoms. You can try anti-inflammatory pain meds like Ibuprofen in the interim, and if symptoms are not improving in 48-72 hours, recheck with your doctor.
