I put wax remover in my sons ears with tubes i didnt know i shouldnt do that is it gonna hurt him should be be taken to a doctor?

How is he acting? If it hurt briefly and he has calmed down the simple exposure likely just creates surface irritation on the middle ear that can self heal. If he is wondering around complaining of constant pain have him seen. There may be little they can offer but you won't sleep well unless you do something.

Yes, best doc would be the ENT who placed the ear tubes, his pediatrician would be a reasonable alternative.
