The doctor told me to put peroxide in his ear because they are clogged but he has tubes so when i did it the second ear he screamed how do i make it not hurt any more?

Tubes: I formerly had parents do the same. Stopped because peroxide thru a patent PE tube is painful to child. Probably better to take child in, put in paposse, and do micro cleaning. The ear suspensions (water based) tend to be less painful than solutions. Depends on whatever you are comfortable with.
