What are the most common buzz words used to give the impression of a "healthy" food product that may not necessarily be healthy?

Read the label: Important to take a careful look at the nutrition information on label. Look at the amount of fat and carbohydrates. Also look for other ingredients. Is the product made with many artificial colors or flavors? Are there preservatives? That healthy product may not be so healthy. Here is an article from consumer's reports about making sense of food labels http://www.Consumerreports.Org/cro/magazi.
